Teagan is a passionate and dedicated professional with a diverse background in recreation and behavioural science. With a Bachelor's degree in Recreation & Leisure Studies, she has always been driven by her love for sports and physical activity. Her educational journey continued as she pursued a post-graduate certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science, where she gained invaluable insights into the world of autism and individuals of all abilities.

Teagan's commitment to promoting physical fitness and inclusivity shines through her impressive 12-year coaching career in gymnastics. During this time, she not only honed her coaching skills but also developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals with diverse abilities.

In 2021, Teagan took her passion for gymnastics and inclusivity to the next level by opening Spectrum Gymnastics, a groundbreaking and fully inclusive gymnastics gym designed to accommodate people of all ages and abilities. Her gym has quickly become a beacon of inclusivity in the community, providing a safe and supportive environment where everyone can experience the joy of gymnastics.

Teagan's dedication to the well-being of her clients extends beyond coaching. She is a Certified Instructor for CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, demonstrating her commitment to ensuring a secure and respectful environment for all individuals at Spectrum Gymnastics.
